How much does it cost to set up a store?
- Absolutely nothing!
Do I have to buy inventory up front?
- No, all apparel is printed on demand and fulfilled per order. If you'd like to offer other promo items we do not print in-house then you will need to supply that inventory.
Can new employees order anytime?
- Yes!
How long does it take to receive orders?
- Typically 2-3 weeks.
What products can I offer?
- Printed & embroidered tees, hats, polos, jackets ,and more! You may also supply an inventory of promo items (pens, mugs, etc) that we will be happy to fulfill orders with.
Can I update products in my store?
- Yes, it's always good to have new & trendy items!
Is there a minimum order?
- No, employees can order just one item!
Can you help with logo or design?
- Yes, we have an experienced team that will be happy to design apparel products using your logo and branding.
What if an item is out of stock?
- We will notify your employee / customer and offer a comparable substitute.
