Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by iNK Apparel Printing Company (“iNK,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By submitting a quote request, placing an order, or approving artwork, you agree to the following terms.
1. Quotes & Pricing

Instant pricing provided on our website is an estimate.

Final pricing is confirmed after artwork review and order details are verified.

Pricing is based on quantity, garment selection, decoration method, and print/embroidery locations.

Additional charges may apply for:

Oversized prints
-
Additional locations
-
Complex embroidery
-
Specialty garments
-
Rush production
-
Sizes 2XL and above
-
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
2. Artwork & Proof Approval

A digital proof will be provided before production begins.

Production will not start until written proof approval is received.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:
-
Spelling
-
Colors
-
Placement
-
Sizing
-
Garment details
-
iNK is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.
3. Standard vs. Complex Embroidery
Most logos fall within standard embroidery pricing.
Designs with:
-
Very small text
-
Dense stitching
-
Fine detail
-
Large stitch counts
may require complex embroidery pricing, which can affect cost and production time. Final determination is made after artwork review.
4. Production Timelines
-
Standard production begins after proof approval and deposit/payment (if required).
-
Typical turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to:
-
Late approvals
-
Garment supplier stock issues
-
Artwork revisions
-
Weather (for live events)
-
Supply chain disruptions
-
Rush orders must be approved in writing and may include additional fees.
5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice.

Orders may require a deposit prior to production.
-
Final payment may be required before delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed.
Orders may be paused if payment terms are not met.
6. Cancellations & Changes

Orders canceled after proof approval may be subject to fees for work already completed.

Changes requested after proof approval may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
7. Garment Availability & Substitutions
Garment pricing and availability are subject to supplier stock.
If an item becomes unavailable, we will:

Notify you promptly
-
Offer a comparable substitute
-
Adjust pricing if necessary
8. Overruns & Underruns
Due to the nature of custom production, actual quantities may vary slightly.
Customers agree to accept a reasonable overrun or underrun (typically within 5%).
Billing will reflect the actual quantity produced.
9. Customer-Supplied Artwork Responsibility
By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

You have the legal right to reproduce the design

The artwork does not infringe on trademarks or copyrights
iNK is not responsible for verifying trademark ownership.
10. Live Printing Events
For live printing services:

A deposit may be required to secure your event date
-
Event logistics must be finalized in advance
-
Final quantities and artwork must be approved prior to event day
-
Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions
If an event is canceled within an agreed cancellation window, deposits may be non-refundable.
11. Limitation of Liability
iNK’s liability is limited to the cost of the goods and services provided.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Returns & Claims
Because all products are custom made:

Custom apparel is non-returnable

Claims for defects must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Claims must include photos and a description of the issue
We will review and determine appropriate resolution.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
